 + -1 moreI am very dissatisfied with the representative, Andy. He appeared not willing to repair my fence. He wanted to build a new fence, even though it just needs to be repaired. It was very hard to get an estimate from him for the repair. I have not gotten a written proposal (but I got a written estimte to build a new picket fence). Andy was to get approval from his office to repair my fence. He did not do so even after a week had past. In addition, he was also rude to me. Andy gave me the ''run-around''. This is my first experience with an Angie's List Service provider, and because of the company and Andy it has not been a good one.
Description of Work: The work was not performed due to inadequate preliminary information.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! THE HURRICANE RIPPED MY FENCE COMPLETELY FROM THE GROUND. ONCE I CALLED DNR FENCING, A TRUCK WAS SENT OUT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY TO REPLACE THE FENCE.
Description of Work: REPAIRED THE TWO TOP RAILS WHERE THE CHAIN LINK HANGS DOWN.
