Distinctive AVI

Once I made the final progress payment, the progress stopped and Tony stopped responding to my communications. I still must use another remote control to listen to FM or AM radio. No "favorites" were programmed. About two thirds of the time to start a function, I must wait a few seconds and then press the function a second time. Ditto with powering down. Usually I must hit the Off button twice, sometimes three times. My wife is upset that the new expensive remote does not have intuitive names that we had with our old Harmony Elite. Instead of names like "Play a Blu Ray Movie, or "Play a CD', or "Watch Cable TV"; we now have "Samsung", "Oppo", and "Comcast". My wife does not know a Samsung from an Oppo, and she should not have to given the money we paid. Instead of training me on the current functionality and how to make changes, Tony and his programming assistant told me to "play around with it". If I had wanted to play around with a new remote control, then I would have bought a new Logitech Harmony Elite for half the price.
