Devcon Security

They came to try to install security cameras.  We told them we wanted to think about it, but the guys came back within an hour and just started drilling and ripping our old security system out.  After the fact, they told us they didn't have the cameras and it would take a few weeks for them to get here.  Then, when the cameras did come, they told me I would have to sign up for internet service to use them.  They kept having to come back several times because there were so many problems with installation.  They then took my cameras, and I have been trying to find out for a month where they took them.  They are now saying they don't deal with cameras, which is why we talked to them in the first place.  The pictures from the image are so blurry I can't even recognize my husband.  When I call to try and straighten things out, they just disconnect you.  They made all kinds of people cancel their credit cards from the company.  The attorney general even had to get involved due to their bad business practices.

They were pretty good. I saw them at a Home and Garden Show. I also researched them on Angie's List. Their price was better than other companies. I get more services for the same price than I did with my other security company. They were prompt.

The representative that I dealt with was Parry Dubois (817-733-7012) and he was very professional.  Devcon is one of the top rated security companies in the United States.  My installer, Scott, was also very professional.  These folks are punctual, neat, professional, and know what they are doing.  My boyfriend liked my system so much that he had Devcon put in a system at his house.

The process was easy and professionally handled by all the persons with whom we had contact--starting with staff at the business, the representative who met us to examine the physical location and provide suggestions for configurations that would meet our security needs, and the technician who came to do the actual installation. Every person took their particular responsibility seriously and exhibited high skills for their particular tasks. Calls were made and received as promiised. Appointments were kept, and arrivals were at the time expected. Overall, the experience was the ultimate of doing business with a high-quality operation. .
