She was courteous and helpful but lacked some basic knowledge relating to realestate and was not through in providing info and advise and directions as it relates to realestate transactions

As an investor I purchased 6 homes with Dana. She is also my property manager. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable on all areas of real estate--short sales, foreclosures, Fannie Mae, etc. Unlike many other real estate agents, this is her full time job, which makes a huge difference! She is very responsive to her clients' needs. You won't be disappointed. She is the best in this field.
