Cooling America

Over the course of several months (since June 26th) and coming back to my unit multiple times, I hired this company for a leak. They supposedly repaired it, didn't really do the full scope of work. After repairing my drywall, the drywall collapsed again due to the continuing leak. They were able to find the problem and then sealed it, but didn't do a good job in the sealing, so continues to leak. I expressed my concerns to the owner of the company, who then apologized and proceeded to want to reimburse me. Several hours later, after phone call communication, which was extremely rude and unprofessional, he did not want to continue to work on my unit in the future. I find this behavior so unprofessional to leave somebody with a job half done. If you're going to do a job, you should complete it 100%. Otherwise, why do it? He sends his staff, who at times demonstrate incompetency. Very frustrating to have this continue to happen, having to pay extra money again to get the drywall repaired, as well as all the time I've taken away from work because they did want to take the time to fully access this entire job. After telling him about heavy condensation dripping from various parts on the vents and the wall to my unit. Unbelievable.

Could not have gone better. Cooling America responded on very short notice and arrived on time at the time agreed upon. Upon inspection of the A/C system, Julio found the problem and was able to fix it within a couple hours. He is a total professional and dependable and I have no hesitation to hire Cooling America in the future. My place is cold and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I called Julio after my ac stopped working. Due to it was a very old machine and required an expensive repair, he recommended to replace it as my first best option, so it was decided that way. Next day, everything was ready for the installation: they were on site well timed and by the next two hours I had AC in my apartment again, adding the fact they made sure to leave the work area super clean and organized. From my experience, high quality and functionality of the AC products/accessories, punctual response, work performed knowledgeable and excellent customer service define Cooling America as highly recommended if you are in trouble with your ac.

Julio came to our house twice. The first time to repair a unit that was not cooling. While here, he found several problems created by a "friend of a friend" who had incorrectly installed the handler a few years ago. He returned and spent more time than he expected, but without compliant, getting the AC system back in proper working order and running more efficiently. We appreciated his dedication to doing the job right and the tips he gave us for keeping the AC running better in the future. He was punctual, courteous, and professional at both visits.

Cooling America normally maintains/repairs/replaces my AC units.  On this particular occasion, our wine cellar cooling unit broke while away on vacation.  Cooling America was called by my house sitter and despite the fact that it was the weekend, every effort was made to keep the old unit working until the replacement arrived.  Once the new unit arrived, it was installed promptly by Cooling America and our wines (a large investment) were once again in the correct temperature environment.
Cooling America exceeds all my expectations every time there is a problem with my Air Conditioning units (3 of them). Easy to contact and usually able to resolve most problems within 24 hours. Professional, efficient and reliable are a few words to describe owner/technician, Julio. From maintenance to new install of AC units, Cooling America is always fair and reasonably priced.
