The speed was slow and they took care of it. I called a couple of times. After a couple of days, it was a little slow. So, I had to call them back. They are very efficient and very respectable. They are very nice.

Do not believe anything you see on the national commercials that Comcast runs saying they have improved their service. They have not! Cable service was out from February 28-March 2. Service call for Sunday, March 1 technician was a no show. Rescheduled service call to Monday, March 2 between 5-7pm. Asked for earlier service call if possible and got automated phone confirmations that service call was scheduled Monday 11am-1pm. Again Comcast no show during that time. Called asking about that appointment and told we were still scheduled 5-7pm that day. Told by customer service that the confirmation call for earlier appointment must have been a mistake. Technician finally showed up Monday at 7:30pm. Comcast is a joke.

I contacted Comcast and set an appointment about a week and a half into the month. I was given an appointment with a time table of 10a to 1p. I was home from 9a on that day and at at 12:45p I was called and told that the technician was running late and would be there by 2p. I had no choice but to agree and continued to wait. 2p came and went and at 2:45p I called the number and they could not reach the technician and could not advise further. At 3:35p, the technician finally arrived and was a competent and efficient technician and completed the job by 5p. I followed up with both a phone call and satisfaction survey and asked for the $20 that they advertise if they are late. I never received a credit of any kind. To add insult to injury, 3 weeks after I had the installation done (I had not even received my first bill) and they disconnected my service for non payment and charged a reconnect fee that they would not waive.
Description of Work: I was having cable tv and high speed internet installed in my new condo.
