Owner/manager Alan was extremely professional and personable and the work was completed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction.

They were very helpful in figuring out what would work for what my daughter wanted and were willing to install a specialized box we bought online to fit her car better.  Everything went as planned with the install and works great. Very happy and will use them again.

Cartronics has more than one location. Although I had bought a part there years ago I had trouble remembering the name and location but eventually I found it. The owner, Lester was there and I began to explain to him that I had once upgraded the stereo that came with my car but I was not happy with the results. He came out to look and listen to the system I had.
As we talked over possible combinations of upgrades and costs it was obvious to me that he was careful about cost and was trying to keep me in a budget that was comfortable ... Where he felt he could use equipment I already had installed he pointed it out.
The actually appointment was set for a few days later at his Pembroke Pines location and it would take five hours. And while it took extra time he was very accommodating about working longer on a Saturday night. It was clear that customer satisfaction is important to him. It is good to feel like I have a friend in audio, at least for me.
