 + -1 moreNot good. This provider had previously done work as a Sub contractor for Blu-Sky ( see my review for this now defunct South Florida provider). The estimate for flat roof was fine. The estimate for the pitched roof (which they had previously repaired) was around $2000. Care's estimate for the pitched roof claimed the repair work was outside the scope of the work they had done in 2011. Fortunately, I got a second and third estimate ( plus a buyer inspection after a full disclosure). I learned that the "exterior roof leak" was caused by overflowing gutters and no repair was necessary. Also took more than a week to get a one page estimate. Similarly, Paul Bange Roofing wrote a $3000 estimate or same unnecessary work. Would not recommend Care Roofing based on my past two interactions with this provider.
Description of Work: Care Roofing provided two estimates for my residence in response to a home inspection,one for a flat roof and one for a pitched barrel tile roof.
