Eric is the best, very knowledgable and found that my control circuit boards were burnt and ordered parts and came back and installed them and cleaned out coils and now its running better than ever. He even called the next day to make sure it was still working well, great service Definitely call C4!

Eric showed up and began assessing the needs of the dishwasher and he seemed fine up until he seen my Black lives Matter tshirt. We then started talking about politics and his opposing views was quickly apparent as he told me that despite his Puerto Rican background he’s been treated fairly and never discriminated against by his Anglo friends. Lucky for him, he’s been able to effectively conceal his ethnicity from his friends and I explained to him this was not an option for everyone. This response kept him from returning to complete the repairs and from answering my calls. I believe his behavior was unprofessional, irresponsible, immature and a displayed of his misconceived supremacy.

The project went extremely well. Eric’s punctuality, professionalisms, and product are top notch.

Eric was very perfesssional. He had to order the parts before repairing the stove. He kept me updated on the order. Once the parts arrived he repaired the stove in a timely fashion and he followed up on the completed job. Would recommend to anyone.
