Bug-A-Bug Pest Elimination

After using two previous pest control services, neither was able to eliminate my tick infestation. I basically gave up on using companies and tried myself with very little success. I saw Bug-A-Bug in the neighborhood and upon waving them down told them the problem and the previous failures with the other two companies. They said that for one price they would treat the house and would keep coming back until the problem was solved, no matter how many times it took. Each time they came they did things that the other companies did not, like moving the furniture and flipping the sofas. They came every week for six weeks, treating the house and yard. Now I haven't seen a tick in two weeks. I highly recommend this company, they were great.

Bug-a-Bug has been my exterminator since I moved into my home in 1990. Jose is the best at what he does. It's a family owned business. They are dedicated, responsible and professional. As long as he has been exterminating my home, I have had no problems. If I call him, he comes immediately. I will never use anyone else.

We are very pleased with Jose's quick response, his thorough work, and the fair price. He took the time to explain the issue in detail and what he was doing to remediate it. He uses products that are human and pet safe, too. We have signed up to have Bug-A-Bug spray several times a year to keep the critters at bay.
