I had purchased a duplex out of foreclosure and discovered some issues with the electrical panel. Called John. He was out in a few days to give me a quote. He was able to do the job the next day. His communication was terrific and work was completed in half a day. Roughly half of the total cost was materials. I found him to be fair, honest and will not hesitate to use him again.
