I am President of a Condo association in Weston and at the time I joined the board we were experiencing a horrible cockroach and rat infestation. The current Pest Control company (Busy Bee Pest Control) was not able to resolve the pest issues. I got a referral to use BBM, and right away at Bob's first visit on property, he could point out areas the rats trafficked, how they get in, and how to resolve the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable about pest's and their behavior. Getting rid of the cockroaches were a piece of cake and within a week or two all rats were GONE! Our association is extremely pleased with his services, because our main concern was to get rid of the pests and he accomplished just that.
