This is the 3rd time that we used Balestrieri Painting to paint our home. In a previous home they did interior and exterior paint work (that held up for years). In our new home, he just completed the entire interior of our home to include baseboards and garage. They did an amazing job, showed up on time, very neat and organized and we both personable and professional. I highly recommend Frank and his team and we will continue to have him be our “go to” team for all of our painting needs.

Frank communicated very well. He sent us a thorough quote. As scheduled, his team of 3 showed up at 8am on the dot, they performed the work well, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job! I would recommend Frank and his crew to anyone needing exterior painting.

I joined Angies List many years ago after I hired a friend of a friend to paint the exterior of our midcentury modern house. It did not turn out well back then. That painter charged by the hour and he would come around to work on the house from time to time, apparently when he needed some money. It turned out he also had a vision problem so the detail work left a lot to be desired. The exterior of our house was a big mess for months on end and he was never close to finishing. Eventually we realized that he would probably never be finished so we fired him and finished the work ourselves. I resolved to be smarter at hiring people and since joining Angies List I have found many great service providers for a variety of different jobs. As the years went by I dreaded having to go through the ordeal of exterior house painting again, and I kept putting it off, but finally I could not put it off any longer so I started to research painters on Angies List. That's how I found Frank Balestrieri and I tried him out on a rental house that I had just purchased. If he did satisfactory work on that rental house, then I planned to hire him for my midcentury modern house also. Frank did not disappoint me on either house. Rather, he far exceeded my expectations. I considered this house to be more challenging, not only because it was bigger, but because of the various unique architectural elements such as original redwood louver windows (previously painted and now peeling), but because painting was so long overdue and there was now much flaking on the stucco and peeling on the wood, and concrete patio slabs with chipping issues requiring repair etc. Frank knew exactly how to successfully address every challenge and the end result is great. Someday I will have the interior of both homes painted, and I am certain to hire Frank for that work.

I found Balestrieri Painting on Angies List where I read all of the many detailed reviews describing the excellent work that they did. I did not seek competitive proposals from any other company since I felt confident, based on the reviews, that this company would be a good choice for me --- a very particular customer. I was not disappointed in my decision. The work went very well and Frank Balestrieri far exceeded my expectations. In response to the question whether I would hire again: in fact I DID hire him again for another house that I own that was a more challenging job than this first house. ( Frank did a great job on that one also, but that will be left for a separate review). Frank was highly professional, experienced, reliable and dependable. He communicated effectively and explained everything that they would be doing. He was very patient and provided numerous sample colors and applied them to various areas until I was satisfied that we had arrived at the right combination of colors. He exhibited fine attention to detail and demanded the same from his workers as he oversaw their work on a daily basis. I was impressed that he worked alongside his crew and did some of the work himself. He and his crew were very careful to avoid damaging anything, and they thoroughly cleaned up the work area afterwards. The house looks beautiful now and I am totally satisfied with the work that was performed. I feel that the quoted price was very fair and reasonable, and considering the high quality workmanship and efficiency with which they completed the work, it was worth every penny.

Frank Balestrieri and his crew did a great job in painting the exterior of our home as well as other exterior items. His crew showed up on time, were diligent in their work and Frank visited the site to oversee that all that was promised in his proposal was done with perfection. We would definitely use him again and gladly recommend them.

We hired Frank to paint the exterior of our house, he provide a compressive quote detailing everything that he included. Once we got into the project we found there was extra work required, Frank priced the work fairly and I was happy to pay. One thing that drives me crazy is contractors don’t communicate, I always knew what Frank was doing, even delays. I would highly recommend Balestrieri Painting for all your painting needs.

Frank and his team did an outstanding job, and cleaned up without a trace of debris left behind. We had huge concerns over repairing a couple of ceilings (knock-down had separated from our crown molding) and the finished job looks better than new. Great job! We worked closely with them to schedule when weather permitted in the fall here in South Florida. When they began, they worked quickly to get the job done and carefully to take care of our colors for walls, gutters, etc. Any request was taken care. Excellent owner, Frank Balestrieri, stayed in communication with us and visited the job and cooperative and skilled workers to get the job done well and on time!

Frank is the only one I call when I need major painting work done. He offered me a competitive quote (received several from other vendors) and always does excellent work, which is why I continue to use him. One of his main painters Mike is as nice as they come and also extremely skilled in what he does. My two story home was painted a new modern color approved by my HOA and the final result came out excellent. If you want quality work done at a competitive price, call Frank. Very professional and will do his best to squeeze you in with his busy schedule.

The project went better than expected. I had several estimates prior to this company but wasn't quite ready to hire any of them. The owner, Frank met me to look at the project and after speaking with him I was ready to hire right then without hearing the price or his availability. You ever just get a feeling? Well I did. But I did the smart thing and waited for the estimate. It was fair, actually very comparable to the others. So I moved forward. Communication went very well with regard to paint, day expected, etc. Frank and his team were punctual, prepped my home accordingly, did an excellent job and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Their work is excellent and level of responsiveness, detail and customer service is one of a kind. This is the 2nd time I use Frank and team and will continue to recommend them. Frank respects your schedule date and starting window time. Unless an emergency occurs, expect his crew to arrive on time. They take care of EVERYTHING, from beginning to end. You won't have a need to go out of your way to buy any paint either. The cuts are spot on and very clean. Workers clean up after themselves, leave you any extra paint for future retouches, etc. I highly recommend Balestrieri Painting.

Frank and his team were amazing. We needed a brand new fence and the exterior of our home painted. We had very specific requests that many other companies said they could not do. Frank worked with us and made it work. His crew is professional, clean, thorough, and punctual. Not a drop of paint anywhere it should not have been and they cleaned up everything as if they were never there. The house has never looked this good! Excellent. Repeat customer, third time. Some walls were in rough shape so a good bit of prep was needed. Closet doors had been in garage for years, they cleaned and painted. We had just moved in, so all furniture was in room centers over new flooring, so care was taken to cover all successfully. Colors for each room applied correctly, ceilings painted also. Job done on time, 3 days.

Overwhelmed and extremely happy with the finished product! Frank Balestieri and his team pressure cleaned and painted my home, 2-story 2-car garage, shed, front porch, driveway and back driveway all for a very reasonable and affordable price. Mr. Frank Balestrieri and staff are a team of true professional painters. He's very reliable, on time and communicative. From inception, he replied to my Angie's list bid request on a Sunday afternoon, from there I knew working with someone like him would be key for me. We had to make changes to our schedule due to condo permits where my parents were moving to, etc. and he was able to accommodate and fit us in, hence it was last minute. I will definitely be using his company early next year when I get ready to update my townhouse. Personally, to work with people that respond to emails, text, are on time, reliable, and provide excellent customer service is priceless!
