The owner of the company is amazing!  He gave me an estimate of the charges over the phone (although I don't hold people to estimates on the phone because there could be additional issues that I or the worker may not be aware of, but in this case, it was pretty exact).  He told me he would pick up the new water heater in the morning, gave me a time that he would call and called at the exact time he said he would.  He arrived at my home within 1/2 hour with the new product, performed the services and all work was done in less than 2.5 hours.  His price was very reasonable - no hidden charges.  He was very honest, friendly and courteous.

Al has done work for us before. He always shows up on time, finishes the work he sets out to do, and leaves his work area clean. If you live in Hollywood Lakes, Al is the plumber for you.

He is fair, professional and does quality work. He's everything you want in a plumber!

I've used Atlantis many times over several years. No job was too big or too small. Al is always prompt, reasonably priced, and knows his stuff. He's gone above and beyond many times. My 3 year old Delta Faucet just fell off at 8:00 Friday night. Saturday Morning I started calling at 8:00 and all I got was "Leave your name and number and we will call you back" When I called Al at Atlantis Plumbing he was there and said that he did not carry a line of kitchen faucets on his truck but if I could get a new faucet from Home Depot or Lowes or somewhere within the next couple of hours, he could come at 11:00 AM and install it. I was able to get a new faucet at Lowes, called Al back and good as his word he came at 11:00 and did a great job installing my new kitchen sink faucet. I was thrilled that my whole Saturday was NOT spent waiting for a plumber to come and install an new faucet and then charge me a fortune. I can definately recommend Atlantis Plumbing. Al worked fast, cleand up, was polite and did a good job,

HE ALWAYS SHOWS UP, is reasonably priced. He carefully explains what he did and why. We've recommended him to our friends.

I am impressed with this plumbing service. I am a regular customer and was even told after the last visit that there was no charge and they would catch up with me next time on the bill. He normally charges $90 for a service call.
