Appliance Sale
The actual store experience was excellent. I had looked at Sears Outlet for appliance sales they beat them by a lot. As far as the installation it was horrendous. They couldn't find the place, and couldn't read the directions. The job was done so bad that the warranty repairman had to come and virtually solve the problem caused by the installation. The machine was OK.

Appliance Sale
The sales people were helpful and co-operated well in terms of the return. The delivery service was however terrible. Unresponsive to phone calls, not accomodating with scheduling delivery.
