+ -1 moreThe initial work was excellent and Luis was very reliable. We then had some additional work to be done and paid him $942 in advance, since we thought we knew him. The work was NEVER done and phone calls were ignored.
Description of Work: They designed and landscaped the yard of my new townhouse.
