Roofing
Initially, they came out right away and gave me a quote w/ a 1 year guarantee. It took a while for the 1 guy to get started. When he fininshed,he repainted everything inside and cleaned up well enough. Then it rained. My tenant called to let me know it was now leaking more than ever. I called the company right away. No response at first, then I tracked down the owner. He was very cordial and asked to be notified if the problem persisted after the repaiman came out a second time. The problem persisted. I think the nice owner is elderly and overwhelmed. The repairman either didn't know what he was doing, or under charged the job and didn't want to admit it. At any rate he broke more tiles while walking around on the roof and it continues to leak even more than it did when I first called him.. I've had to call another company. Now, I have my fingers crossed.
