Ceramic Tile Service
It went great, it is a great family business (father and son managed and operated). We were not in town during any of the project and they kept us updated throughout the project and checked in as things came up. The floors had much more damage than we had expected but they did a great job repairing the holes and cracks and the floors are beautiful.
Just be aware that the entire house or what ever rooms are to be restored should be empty and there is so much dust and mess with this type of restoration that a complete deep cleaning is a must for all ceilings, walls, trim etc. best to seal off all the ventilation while the work is going on and then crank up the A/C immediately after to get all the moisture out of the area.
The home is approx 2000
sq feet, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, great room, kitchen and long hallways and every room looks great.
If you are having tile removed, be aware that the baseboards and doorway trims that extend to the floor, most likely will require replacement because the floor will be lower and the process doe. damage the wood because of all the water that is in the grinding process.
We most definitely would use them again and recommend them
