The staff at the company don't have good customer service skills. The real problem was when the two men came to install. I asked them NOT to step on this one tiny tiny piece of decorative grass and even parked my car up against it. I even moved my cars on the driveway so they had plenty of space to walk through and told them they could work on my lawn.They had my whooooole front yard to walk on. They kept climbing over my car and stepping on this one piece of grass and even standing in it. I saw them on camera and when I came around to confront them they got off the grass. I don't know what their mind, if they had one, was thinking but they were doing it deliberately. I then called the company about a situation with the window and you could hear some man yelling on in the background...they had me on speaker. Come to find out it was the owner who refused to give me his name, George Hernandez. I exchanged words with him and thought what an idiot to yell at me and refuse to give his name, like he was a sneak and he was making a fuss about the little tiny piece of decorative grass I didn't want the workers to step on. This company is HORRIBLE. Don't use them!!!! If they cannot even do a little request for a PAYING CLIENT then imagine what will happen if you were not on premise when they were installing. TOTAL HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

although they are sometimes hard to get a hold of i.e.: answering machines.. they are a family run company and did address our needs and concerns-- while offering a quality product at competitive prices..overall we are pleased with the outcome

Repaired sliding glass windows in kitchen and living room in my 5th floor apartment. I will use them again.

I HAD SEVERAL WINDOWS THAT NEEDED REPAIR AND I HOPED THAT THEY COULD BE JUST REPAIRED AND THAT I DID NOT NEED TO REPLACE THEM. THE GENTLEMAN FROM WINDOW MART REPAIRED/SERVICED ALL THE WINDOWS CRANKS, SUPPLIED MISSING PARTS AND PUT THE WINDOWS IN WORKING ORDER. HE CONSULTED ME ON EACH ITEM THAT WAS TO BE REPAIRED AND SOUGHT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE ALTERNATE. I WOULD USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN.

Ordering the doors was very straight forward. Ron Aragunde, part of the family that owns Window Mart, and the carpenter who performs the installation, came out and measured for the doors. After a few days, I received a call from one of the clerks with an estimate that was a few thousand dollars less expensive than an estimate I received three years earlier. I went into the office the next day and gave them a down payment equal to 1/2 the cost of the doors. I was then advised that the doors would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks and then I would be 2nd or 3rd in line for installation.

The difficult part came next. I did not hear back from the woman who works the desk at Window. I made multiple calls to Window Mart, but my calls were not returned. I finally got an answer that I would be up in about a week. A week went by, I did not hear back from the clerk, I left 5 messages with Window Mart without a return call. Finally, I had to drive over to the store before I could get an answer.

Once the job started, things went pretty smoothly. Ron Aragunde, did a very nice job with the installation and the finish work. The work took about 1 or 2 days longer than estimated, but the end results were very good.

I had previously replaced all of my windows with impact glass windows from Window Mart in 2008, and Ron did an excellent job then as well.

I would highly recommend the work from Ron Aragunde, and he has done some handy work from me on the side.

The people in charge of handling the telephone calls at Window Mart I can not give a positive recommendation.
