I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I called them on a Saturday morning and they came to my house about 2 hours later. I had one spring broken but ended up replacing all of them because the price was right. There was no pressure on me to pay for the other springs - it was a business decision. They did not charge an emergency rate because it was a weekend job. Bill is very polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in the future.

I made a number of calls to various companies and although I had to wait an extra day
for and quot;Always Openand quot;, their price was better than all others, they were prompt, polite,
clean and pleasant. Have used before and will use again (if needed).

This company was nothing but professional and honest. I had contacted them along with other companies for a quote or to even fix an old garage door at our office that was hit and would no longer move. We were being told I had to replace and it couldn't be fixed. Unfortunately, this wasn't in our budget at this time. I then found "Always Open" on Angie's List and contacted them. They came out fixed in about a half hour and charged $89.00. They were pleasant, professional and honest and affordable. I also had them come to my home and fix the mess another company had done with my garage door there. Again, job well done there too! I highly recommend this company to anyone who need their services.

PLEASE READ ABOVE and run as fast as you can from these unprofessional, unethical workmen. DONT use them. They insisted on repairing the wall. I have the pictures to prove this..

I got more than I bargained for. Unfortunately I did nt have the opportunity to choose them, they were forced upon me. I am still looking for an explanation as to why a sledgehammer was used? Possibly to kill a fly on the wall?

We had a broken spring on our garage door. We called Always Open Garage Door Co at 7:30 PM and were surprised to have them answer the phone. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, and replaced both springs on the door quickly.
After they were done and paid, they came back from their van to bring and install a new pull-cord for my garage door opener that's been missing a few months. No charge for that. Nice extra touch! They two gentlemen were courteous, knew what they were doing and completed the job in about a half hour.

I'd recommend this company to others.

Couldn't have asked for more! The guy who answered the phone had a bit of a stutter which made him slightly hard to understand, but he was completely professional and responsive. My first call to them was at 9:00AM exactly - the door has been fixed, contract (w/ warranty on work and parts) has been signed and now at 10:53AM, I am sitting at my desk writing this review... so 1 hour and 53 minutes from initial call to Angie's List review!

They were also a fraction of the cost of many of the other garage repair companies, including some of the very highly rated ones on Angies List. I got a quote for $250 and $229 before I called Always Open - they were $189. Normally you replace both springs when you repair, since they generally will break around the same time. When the repairmen showed up, they noticed one of the springs had been replaced recently and hence, only replaced one... total bill $149.

Garage door had come off the track. They came on Thanksgiving weekend to repair.

I spent about $100. It seemed to be reasonable. I recommend them. They were courteous. The technician seemed to diagnose the problem and have it working. He was pleasant to deal with. He has done the work today. So far I have had no complaints. There were some scheduling issues which were resolved. They were able to accommodate me. I will use them in the future.

My Garage Door went up but did not go down. I phoned on Tuesday afternoon and was able to have someone come out the very next morning. Mark was very polite and helpful. He explained that a large leaf on my philadendron had blown against the eye of the automatic opener and was causing the door not to go down. He fixed the eye, Added tension to the door and adjusted the limits and Lubed the door. He only charged me for the service call. I will definately call them again. Mark was prompt, polite and very interested in doing a good job for me.

They were perfect. They were on time and did the work fast. They were competitively priced and they came out really fast. I would use their services in the future too.

They were wonderful! They were very timely and polite - everything you want from a repair person.

We had one garage door spring break at night, and had to release the door to close it. We called three companies the next morning and this one came out the same afternoon. They were the best price of all three companies to replace both springs. It was $130 to replace one spring and only $170 to replace both to save money, they suggested we do it now since weakness in one spring indicates the other will also go soon. The man was nice, clean, friendly and on time. It only took him about an hour to do the work, and were great to work with. Highly recommend them!

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THIS COMPANY ARRIVED ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED.
