 + -1 moreI contacted this broker because they were on the list and close to our home. I spoke with the manager and explained what I wanted. He said he would send me a list of what he needed. Had to call him a couple of times to get the list. Put together the items and sent them to him. Had an issue with their email system. Had to call him a couple of times to get a response on the issue. Got that figured out. Sent him the info. Called several times and emailed him for a status. He never returned my calls or emails. Sent him an email telling him we were not going to use his services because of the lack of communication and to destroy our information. Never got a reply to that either.
Description of Work: Nothing, that is the problem.
