Mortgage Companies
The beginning was good. We were able to get a 1% mortgage through them. They were able to get us an appraisal for a pre construction. Once it was getting closer to the closing we were called and informed our mortgage was no longer available and the next best was a 2.25% hard mortgage. Their appraiser was unable to do an appropriate appraisal and we ended up having to close late. We had to find our own appraiser.
