+ -1 moreThe beginning was good. We were able to get a 1% mortgage through them. They were able to get us an appraisal for a pre construction. Once it was getting closer to the closing we were called and informed our mortgage was no longer available and the next best was a 2.25% hard mortgage. Their appraiser was unable to do an appropriate appraisal and we ended up having to close late. We had to find our own appraiser.
Description of Work: Martin was responsible for securing a 1% soft mortgage for us. His company complied our application and information. Our property was a pre construction so the whole process took two years. As updated information was needed the office contacted us to update our application.
