I was anxious about the scope of this project although I knew it was necessary. The professionalism and knowledge of the people I worked with was impressive. Every question and concern was addressed with patience and thorough knowledge of what was involved. They worked with my budget to see I got the best job in an affordable range, significantly below other estimates. They took care of every detail and aspect of the paperwork, ordering, and delivery process making it easy for me. The workmen were always on time as scheduled and very courteous. My home was respected and any debris cleaned up after each work day so I was not left with a mess. When issues came up I was consulted on design preferences and how best to go forward so the end result would meet my satisfaction and job quality held to high standard. I absolutely love my new windows and doors, so beautiful that I still admire them and appreciate the nice compliments from visitors. Although I am quite happy the windows and doors have not yet been put to real test, I feel much more secure and safe in my home, not only for storms, but also from intrusions Thank you Advanced Design for a job well done.

Great! I wanted to bring better lighting to the kitchen, and put the lights on a dimmer. They guys had them up and working in teo days. They were on time both days kept me in the loop with all the progress they made and were very polite. Great job men!

Prior to starting my home improvements I was really nervous that it was going to end up costing more than I had planned and that I would not be happy with the finished project. Thank goodness for Advanced Design and Construction Corp! From the moment I first sat down with them to get an estimate all my fears were laid to rest. I knew I was dealing with professionals who are experts in their field and were able to help me identify the best design plan to meet my aesthetic and budget. This company was professional, easy to work with, punctual and exceeded my expectations. They worked efficiently to expedite my renovations without wasting time or resources and paid great attention to detail. When unforeseen problems arose during the renovations they handled it within my budget to assure everything would be done without cutting corners. They are versatile and have a wide array of knowledge in areas of home improvements and were able to take care of all my needs. They helped me a lot with the design and which allowed me to achieve a bathroom and bedroom more beautiful than I could have imagined. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work for a fair price!

This company charged me for services never rendered and denied services originally offered. 1. None of the services agreed upon have been rendered. 2. None of the licenses and permits promised to be allied for were ever submitted. 3. A loss of revenue due to the negligence from ADC'S services has our restaurant still not open. 4. Erroneous information about simple industry services.5. Lack of contact from ADC. Details for items above: As we agreed for $4,500 your company would draft all plans and submit all permits to the state and city. Along with that ADC would advise on equipment and services needed. None of this agreement was ever complete. The draft submitted was incomplete and lacking basic understanding of what is needed to submit to the state. Further more based on the fact that ADC'S representative advised me that he would charge an observed amount of $30,000 to connect a gas line.(which the gas company does for free) in order to use a gas oven. I had to get all the specs for the equipment and plans redone to accommodate negligent information given to me, on your companies behalf. Because ADC lacked to submit the applications to the state, we are at least 2 months behind on all aspects our restaurant. Further more that fact the your company representative blatantly lied about the whole process further more resolves any agreement we had. Apart form the fact that the primary equipment for our industrywas incorrectly disregarded by their companies representative all other equipment had to be suggested by me. This telling me that ADC had no knowledge of what i needed and what was promised in the initial service agreement. Again, i had to do the work. To conclude i had to either do the work i paid ADC to do or pay someone else to have it done correctly.
