Home Security System Service
We have been paying them consistently for 7 years and never called for service. The fire alarms, their equipment, went off for no reason. We had to remove them since they wouldn't silence and are hardwired into the house. We simply called and asked ADT to come and fix its own equipment and they want to slap us with a charge. This is what happens when you have a greedy, 800 pound gorilla of a company that thinks it can get away with anything. We will be looking elsewhere, lousy service!

The consultation and the installation went extremely well. There was a problem with the billing (no one could seem to explain to me the charges) but we have since worked that out and I'm pleased.
