The worst of the worst. Lloyed installed new impact windows, but their frames were damaged and each one of them has large dents. He also installed 5 exterior doors but they were crocked, never installed brick molding outside nor inside.
He overall workmanship was very poor, shoddy and below standards. He refused to fix the deficiencies then threatened us with his lawyer phone calls and letters that they would put a lien on my property. Typical unethical and unprofessional contractor behavior.
My husband thought it was not worth going through all that because I was going through serious health issues and I was going in and out the hospital, imaging centers, labs...etc
He took advantage of the situation of course, and we paid him the 25% balance just to get peace of mind. But Karma will get him, what goes around comes around
