Mortgage Companies
A&D is a good company, well run, professional, efficent. The closing went smoothly. We have tried with three others with no success. Igor Grager is the only mortgage broker I have worked with, that in recent years has been able to close a refinancing deal with us. He was patient, thorough, persistent when dealing with the lender, and professional. What with all the demands lenders are making in recent times, I would have given up, had it not been for these traits Igor exercised. When the lender made more demands, he plainly explained what was needed, highlighted it for me, made it easy for me to read. He is tech saavy too so I was able to communicate through text and email, not requiring me to interrupt work for phone calls. I highly recommend Igor and A&D Mortgage.
