Todd returned my call promptly. He gave me his pricing - no guessing. He showed up on time, was quick, efficient, quiet, neat - just awesome. He explained everything to me. He checked and re-checked everything before he left. He took me to the equipment and had me watch him do the check and see if the suction was to my satisfaction. Just awesome. I wanted two new pieces for my vac and he had them with him! What a great experience!!!
