I have used AAA for several years and have always received exceptional and prompt service. For this repair, I brought my vacuum in on a Saturday and they called Monday to say it was ready. $89.99 plus tax to get it working 100% which is well worth the money. These guys rock!

I love AAA vacuum Repair Service.  I initially went to this store to find a vacuum cleaner that would actually work with dog hair.   I owned two Labradors (AKA shedding machines) and vacuuming the carpet typically started with a wet dry vacuum and then one of the popular vacuums. I could never get through a single carpet without  having to unclog the vacuum. 

When I went to them,  they demonstrated how the Miele would solve my problems, and it did.  Not only did the Miele solve the problem, it is a workhorse, outperforming all previous vacuum cleaners.

Any time I have a cleaning problem, I just go into this store, and they always have the greatest solutions and the greatest selection of products.

Their repairs are spot on, and oddly enough, I only have had to perform an annual service on my Miele.  They recently repaired my Hoover carpet cleaner, and it has been purring ever since.

Did I mention these are really nice folks?

I have an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner that I love. It is quiet and powerful, but it can't handle everything - when several solid objects were sucked into it, the suction all but stopped and the machine made a terrible racket. The vacuum is to some extent user-serviceable and I was able to remove one of the objects but another was lodged deeply in the machine. I took it to AAA Vacuum and the two young men who run the shop were terrific. I arrived at 4:30pm and they apologized they wouldn't be able to have it repaired that day (!) but promised that unless there was considerable damage they would have the machine repaired by the following afternoon. In fact, they called at 11am the following day to say they'd fixed the machine. I was very pleased at the low price for the repair and the fact they'd saved all the debris to show me what had clogged the machine and how to avoid a similar accident in the future. They cleaned the machine as well and it functioned like new.
AAA Vacuum is a Miele dealer and authorized repair center for all major brands. I wouldn't hesitate for an instant over going back and will surely recommend them to anyone need either vacuum service or who wishes to purchase a new cleaner. Their retail prices are extremely good (they compare to the best online pricing I found and were selling my vacuum for less than I paid for it a few months earlier). They have an excellent selection, know their product well and are extremely agreeable to deal with. An A+ experience on all counts.

I have been going to the shop when the father of the current owner ran it and now the son took over and I still go there. He is very thorough. He cleans what needs to be cleaned. He changes the bag if it needs to be changed. He does an excellent job.
