He has great prices. He's non-techie and very friendly. He works on all types of machines from computers to TV, VCR and everything else. He's a one stop shop and he's just an excellent person. I just used him for one diagnosis and he was wonderful.

Well, we were happy because the work they did took them a long amount of time, but we didn't really feel like they necessarily reflected that in the bill. They charged us very little considering the amount of time it took them. Plus with the work they did for us, they managed to do in only a few days and we were expecting we would not even hear from them for about a week. I think they are a great company to do business with.

IT WAS A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. THE COMPUTER WAS STILL DOING THE SAME THING AFTER THE REPAIR AS IT DID BEFORE THE REPAIR. THEY DID NOT RETURN THE COMPUTER WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID NOT KEEP US INFORMED ABOUT THE COMPUTER AT ALL.
