I would give zero stars if possible. Went to office in pembroke pines. Wally is awful. Quote of work took 4 times longer to actually complete. Poor worker, hardly showed up, friend of wally the owners so nothing done about it. Lots of issues still after work was done. They messed up a lot

I really like A to Z Kitchen & Bath Gallery. It was such an easy process. They made it super smooth for a busy person to get things done. It was not overwhelming. It really was very smooth. They gave me a timeline and they were pretty good at keeping to it. The work was great and the workers too. They cleaned up after themselves. I am looking at having them help me with my kitchen next year, because it was so easy.

Was promised a completion date (verbally) pwhen hiring them. Guaranteed to be done in 4-6 weeks. My whole kitchen remodel took over 3 months from which the contract was signed, and has yet to be finished. Ordered under cabinet touch lighting as displayed in showroom and received cheap triangular lights. Was told i would have self closing drawers and some drawers are even difficult to close and open. One cabinet is completely unable to be Used due to their design of what they consider to be a spice rack. Cant even access it, as it is Blocked by hood range. Complete lack of professionalism. Told numerous times dates in which they would be out and numerous times they didnt show. But when it came down to getting the remainder of the money, you can be sure they showed as promised. Overall lack of professionalism deceitful work practices and shoddy workmanship. I have a long piece of plywood as an undercounter bar front, with a 1 foot piece connecting it. Big seam that they took no interest in hiding. I provided dimensions of all appliances prior to them ordering cabinets. My refrigerator sticks out from the cabinet about 8 inches. It looked ridiculous. When asked for it to be corrected they corrected it by having me lose valuable cabinet space in terms of depth. This error was entirely their error. As I stated earlier. All dimensions to all appliances had been provided upon signing of contract, directly from the manuals. Be extremely careful when signing the contract, as there were addition errors in the total price in their favor. Overall very disappointing for a $19,000 kitchen that isnt even complete. Had to hire another company to complete services that were not completed by A to Z. The new company comes highly recommended and after a year, I look forward to having a complete kitchen. I I certainly don't like having to pay another company to provide me with services that was in my contract to be provided by A to Z Kitchen and Bath Gallery!! Would never recommend this company to anyone. The manager Walley is completely unproffesional and business practices and sales are deceitful.

My experience was wonderful! Wally really helped me out, and was very professional! I will definitely return whenever I decide to redo a kitchen or bathroom!

Overall the person did a fantastic job. He was hardworking and always did some extra details that I didn?t ask him to do. Their price was a little above average, but the quality of the work and the materials were also above average.
