They were great in the emergency and were extraordinary in their dedication to my needs and expectations. They were responsive and diligent, as well as easy to work with. They are brilliant technicians who work for large corporations that need their expertise. However, after the emergency was cleared up, their prices for their work were not competitive. I had to hire others to do simpler work for less money. They tended to see things as bigger issues than I needed to conquer for a single laundromat. I would not hesitate to call them if my system crashed again. But they are a bit too expensive for everyday adjustments.
