A Roofing Specialist

The work was not done satisfactorily. They were called back out to look at the work and said it was fine and left. When we called to say the roof started leaking again they said there was nothing left to do and slammed the phone down in my ear. It would be to your advantage not to have this company perform any work for you.

There were leaks during the first storm after completion. It took 10 days for the roofer to come and repair them. We had to do repairs to the ceiling under the leaks, at our cost. There were still leaks during the next storm and after many calls to the roofer, with no response, we had to hire another roofer to redo the entire roof at another cost of $4000.

I REALLY LIKED THIS ROOFING COMPANY. THEY WERE WORKING ON MY ROOF WITHIN DAYS OF MY CALL.. ONCE THE JOB WAS FINISHED, I RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY NEW ROOF. I REALLY LIKED THAT LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
