Excellent choice of mattresses, no pushy sales associates, personal attention. Would not even consider buying a mattress anywhere else again. Have bought from local furniture stores and regretted it from day one. Fox is the only place to buy a mattress. Quality, price, service and it's made right there! Forget advertised sales, just go to Fox.

Wife & I purchased a mattress after 16 years on a waterbed. Coming from a waterbed, it was hard to pick the right mattress. Thought we liked a softer mattress. After a couple of nights sleeping on the mattress, I developed lower back pain. A few weeks later after evaluating when it was the mattress or any other factor, I determined that it was the mattress. Since Fox Mattress had a comfort guarantee, we decided to exchange it for a firmer mattress. I was concerned that we’d get some push-back on exchanging the mattress and to my pleasant surprise; Chelsea was quick to help us select the best mattress to exchange it for. There was no hesitation in wanting us to get the best mattress for us. This is a pleasant surprise in today’s world. New mattress feels so much better! I will not hesitate to recommend Fox to others.

The two twin sized mattresses are extremely comfortable, and we have enjoyed sleeping on them. The king sized mattress proved a bit hard for one of my parents, and Chelsea (owner's daughter) arranged for an even exchange of a plush version of the mattress, in accordance with the firm's outstanding policy of allowing an exchange within the first 90 days (my parents had only spent two nights on the mattress). The plush version of the king sized mattress is wonderful and perfect for our needs. We very much appreciate Chelsea's help -- the exchange was done the very next morning! Fox lived up to its excellent reputation.

1. I gave the salesperson our size requirements. (The depth of the mattress was important as have fairly new custom made bed cover and skirt, which I did not want to replace.)
2. He showed us what fit our needs and we found it quite comfortable.
3. Sale was written up and delivery date set.
4. At 4:30 the day before delivery, I was able to call and obtain the approximate time of the delivery.
5. The old mattress was taken out and new one put in its place, all in a matter of 5-10 minutes.
This is the 3rd bedding set we have purchased from Fox and have always been happy with the product and service.

The in store sale person was great, easy going and not pushy sold us on a new bed, 3 yrs of suffing on our old bed, We are sorry we didn't go to fox in the first place. the new bed was delivered Wed morning and setup was free, the were done in 20 min, A+ on service and install. they also gave us a 50$ off coupon for our next visit or to give to a friend , my back and legs feel so much better. we also have 90 days if we don't like it they will replace it . A + on all

We were in the market for a new mattress set and after visiting several "big box" stores, I paid a visit to Fox Mattress. I wish I would have started there and saved so much time! I got a full lesson on mattress making and tried out several of the floor models. It was refreshing to have someone who seemed to really listen to what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. Yes, the sales folks can a be a little bit pushy, but it's nothing like other stores!
The best part is the mattress is made right there in their workshop and is made from as many American sourced parts as possible. The mattress is also designed for good air flow which is vital in our Florida climate!
We've had the mattress for over 2 months and I can say we've never slept better!

Salesperson, Mic, showed me types of mattress's offered, had me test them and explained how they were made. Delivery was made on date we agreed on and at set time. delivery people moved old mattress to another bedroom, set that one up and then set up new mattress. Nothing for me to do but make bed. It was a great experience for me. I have now had about 2 months to use my new mattress and I and my body are very happy with this purchase.

Very pleased with the service and attention to quality in their mattresses. Ours is due to be delivered tomorrow since it is being custom made with extra side rim support for my special needs. I guess I spoiled after purchasing my current mattresses direct from the factory in Mobile, Al. Price is descent for what I am getting. Quality mattress materials are not cheap, but the mattress is only as good as the materials used. With spinal stenosis you quickly Learn its a small price to pay to minimize back pain as much as possible. I love the length of time Fox gives you to be sure it's the correct bed for your needs and their policy if you need to make a different selection after trying it for 30 days. That sure takes the guess work out of making a major purchase. I highly recommend checking these people

We purchased a California king size bed. It was expensive, but it's high quality. I primarily interacted with the son during the purchase. He was personable.

The bed was delivered on the day and time promised. After sleeping on my side for one night (I had the extra firm foam), I decided it was too hard. My spouse decided he wanted the soft foam instead of the firm foam. We took the form cubes back the next day and they gladly and quickly exchanged them. We now have a bed designed for the two of us and are sleeping wonderfully. The best part of this bed design is that if it does begin to lose it's shape, we can just buy a new cube instead of a new bed. LOVE IT!!

Box springs were constructed in a smaller size to suit my needs. No extra cost and it was done in one day. Delivery was on time and very courteous.

I met Mick at a Home show. After saying I did not want a foam mattress he had me check out one of the samples. It was extremely comfortable.
He worked with me to select the options available. As this type can have options for mix and match it was a much more customized approach. Rather than just choosing a firm mattress this could be designed in segments, head/shoulders, trunk and then legs/feet.
Then since i was upgrading in size he helped secure the headboard to be delivered in conjunction with the mattress.
Great job of coordinating since Fox manufactures just the mattress.

After researching extensively, we drove from Naples Florida to Daytona Beach Florida to purchase a mattress from Fox.we were assisted by Mic, who was thoroughly knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, and helpful. because we have done our homework, we were fairly certain of what we wanted. Mic demonstrated for us the various levels of quality that were available and give us plenty of time to make our own decision without pressure. He also gave us a tour of the factory where the mattresses are made. We were there on a Saturday and we received delivery on the following Wednesday over 4 hours away in Naples. The two men who made the delivery were professional courteous and efficient. They moved our old bed to another bedroom and set up the new bed in our master bedroom. In all they were less than 20 minutes in completing their work. We are extremely happy with our new mattress and with our experience with Fox. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a mattress to take the time to investigate Fox mattress.

Very well. We were very comfortable. Because our current bed was giving me back issues, they made sure to deliver the bed the next day. It was scheduled for afternoon delivery, but actually delivered first thing. Delivery guys were courteous and put the bed in place. It was a great experience all around. We had it made to our specifications, and they delivered it to our home in Miami. He did exactly what he said was going to do. It was delivered exactly on time. Buying a mattress is always a gamble, and this gamble paid off for us, it is the best sleep we have gotten in years. They gave us the firm mattress that we needed. The price is comparable with local department stores.
