TROPIC POOL SERVICE

They have been great, I have been using them for over 18 years now, and they are my regular pool maintenance guys. My pool is sparkling and they're very good.

He is very personable and easy to deal with.  He always comes on time and does a great job.

Not well.

He has worked for me only one day.  So far, his pricing was right on.  He is here in this area.  He gets to work right away and he seems like a really nice guy.  We had another pool service company and I actually tried to follow up with them back in August.  The owner passed our check and never came back.  He never answered our calls.  We had been looking for pool service since August.  We had been maintaining it.  Tropic Pool guy had to do a lot of work on it yesterday just to get it back to where it needs to be.  He hasn't charged us yet; he would charge us by the end of the month after we have used the service.  He is charging $70 for a month and the previous pool guy used to charge $67, so it's worth everything.  We hired him as our pool guy and he will come out on a weekly basis.  We found him on Angie's list, but he was cleaning the pool of our next-door neighbor; so I actually just walked out next-door and started talking to him.  I told him that I saw him on Angie's list and I was going to give him a call.  I asked him to come over and have a look at it.  He was fantastic.

They do a very good job. I highly would recommend him.

He is excellent. He is always here on time and does a beautiful job. It is always looks sparkling clean! He is a very nice person.

Our pool was a mess. I called Fiesta, and Mike came out very quickly. I hired him to clean the pool, and he got busy immediately. He had to come back two or three times with the chemicals, and brushing the tile, etc. My navigator had a couple of parts that had fallen off, and he reattached them. He discovered that my timer was not working so I had him fix it. For $175....the pool was in tip-top shape. We hired him to do this job from now on. It is a relief to find a company and their personnel which is responsible and trustworthy which also shows you that they care about doing a good job. Now, they will do our weekly cleaning, and we can relax knowing that it is in good hands.

Absolutely excellent service, very pleasing to work with. He was able to highly recommend other pool companies to do jobs beyond his scope and those worked out extremely well. I would absolutely use him again.

He does a wonderful job and I will continue to use them in the future. The pool is kept very clean and i could not ask for a better service.

He is excellent. He is punctual. If he is going to miss any time he lets me know ahead of time that he can't make it. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job and I am very pleased with his service.

He is very thorough, he maintains the filter and adds chemicals as needed. He scrubs the tile as needed. He is a lot more thorough than the other company I used to have. He charged more than I have paid in the past, but so far he is well worth it and his personality is patient and kind.
