They came to stretch the carpet and were here for about four hours. I was very grateful that I found someone who would do a great job, which he and his daughter did. I called on a Monday, and he said he probably wouldn't be able to get out until the next Monday. He called back just a few hours later and said a customer cancelled on Wednesday and asked if it would be okay to come out then.
