No one showed up for an appointment. They are almost impossible to reach on the phone.

Owner came to residence to give free estimate. I called him a week later to give approval for work to commence - left message which was not returned. Subsequently left three more messages over the course of 2-1/2 weeks - none were returned. Obviously he does not need or want the work, but I've been left hanging waiting on his reply. Good thing he didn't start or complete the work and THEN I needed to contact him!
Description of Work: Requested bathroom remodel - tub, tile wall and floor, toilet - and wall repair.
