I was satisfied and the provider pressed all the pants. They were all clean. The provider didnt just hand the clothes in a bag for me. Instead he pressed all of the pants out and handed them to me all neat and clean.

He did the first 1 correct and then sent him2 more of exact dress and they were not correct.He charge me again to fix them both,before that on the phone, he said he would not charge me! When I picked them up it was another $50.and I asked why,He said because he needed the money for his time! I bought these dresses in the very next day not a week or 2weeks later to say i gained or lost weight! He just kept insisting the measurements were correct, why would I take them back if they were correct! I have been sewing for years, but I got too sick and unstable with my hands and back to do them myself ! He does good work if the fit is correct, I have been to him before,after this issue I need to find a new Tailor, He charges way too much money for just a hem job on pants as well.

Gary had me try on all three pairs of jeans and pinned them so that I could see how they would look, he wanted to make sure that I was okay with the new length. He had them ready for me to pick up the next day and I tried them on and they were perfect, he even used the same orange colored thread on the bottom of the hem to match all the other seams on the jeans so they looked original and they were nicely ironed and folded. I would definitely go there again.
While I was trying on my jeans in the back, another customer came by to pick up a dress that he had lengthened for her by adding fabric which she had picked out to the bottom of the dress. She was at least 6 feet tall and she explained to me as I was paying him how difficult it is to find a dress her size and her length. She seemed very happy with his work and told me that because of her height, she has him do this for any new dress that isn't the right length for her.

Gary was supposed to hem my daughters dress to mid thigh. He instead hemmed her dress so short that it could not be worn. When we went back in to let him know this and to see if anything could be done he immediately became defensive and said he had not done anything wrong. It seemed as if as soon as we walked in he was not surprised to see us, almost as if he knew he had made a mistake and was hoping we would not have noticed. He was very rude and would not even let us speak. He kept saying his chalk line was his witness. I was right there when my daughters dress was marked for the chalk line and can attest to the fact that it was marked at mid thigh. I do not know if he messed up on the material and had to go shorter to try to correct an initial mistake. We will never know because he was so rude and refused to accept responsibility for his mistake. Mistakes are made. We would have at least appreciated an explanation. As a result of his shoddy work we are not only out the price of the alterations but also the price of the dress. We had to order another one and pay for expedited shipping due to his unprofessionalism. I think it might be time for Gary to retire!!!

A good tailor - especially one that doesn't make you wait a week or two for alterations - is hard to find. Gary is personable and very professional. I'm delighted to have found quality alterations so close to home.

Job promised and completed in two days.The curtain material was difficult to work with,the completed job was professional in appearance. The hem work was better than the hem in the curtains when purchased.Nice and flat,no puckers or gaps.Gary charged 10 dollars per panel but indicated that the cost would be 15 per panel if I brought any more of the same type due to the difficulty in manipulating the material. Added perk. Gary is a lovely personable gentleman who loves to chat. He is proud of the work he performs and appears very competent.I will be sure to use Gary and to refer him to friends in the future. NOTE: Be sure you take cash for payment if you are a first time customer. Gary never takes "cards" and will usually only take checks if you are a repeat customer.If you are like me and only carry cards you may have to make two trips to pick up your items.

I have looked for a good alterations person in this area: Trinity, Holiday, and New Port Richey, for some time, but was unable to locate anyone who truly cared about the work they did. When I was told about Gary, I immediately took some jeans and skirts to be hemmed. Gary was very professional. Because I was going out of town the following morning, Gary was kind enough to expedite my order and I picked up the items on the same day at the end of the day. Gary is a Master Tailor who takes the time to find out what you're looking for, does measuring if needed, and promptly provides you with the finished product. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone who is looking for quality work to be done.
