"Hi Judy, sorry you felt the need to write such an awful review about my company. First this job was completed and paid for, which speaks volumes when you handed our installer a check when he completed the job and offered him a couple beers. With that being said it was about a week later that you called and were unhappy. As we explained to you then it was not an issue with the fence but an issue with the grading of your property. You wanted things done that were out of our scope of work and would of seen that in our terms and conditions. Even after that I brought a four person crew out to see what we could do to make you happy and when we left your husband was happy. As for trying to get my business closed down by insinuating I do not have a license or insurance, all you had to do is ask for it and I would of been happy to send you a copy of both. I have installed of 2000 fences since I have been in business and have only had 4 bad reviews, all being because the customer did not read the terms and conditions. Again I am sorry you felt the need to display your anger in this manner."
"Hi Debby, We are sorry you feel this way, but in your terms & conditions it says all custom orders are subject to no refund as we order that materials just for you. We still went against our rules and refunded back your 50% minus restocking fee that our vendor charged us. We are not the only company that has that rule. That's why Lowes and Home Depot make their customers pay in full for custom orders we only asked for 50%"
"I do not know where to start. Let start with the price of (YOUR MATERIALS) I run a labor business I buy your materials for you because it is easier for the company. I can not believe you just compared wood prices from 3 years ago when I did your neighbors fence. If anyone reading this knows prices have gone up on everything during this time. Sign off sheet: I have 2 steps process to make sure the customer is happy the first one is to do a walk thought with the INSTALLERS before they leave, the Second one I send out my main installer. I did and he said he will come back and fix the minor issues, and they are minor, that's why you paid right away. You were just impatient. Customer service, sorry but you are a joke and I hate being this way but people need to know that you called every day, 3 or 4 times a day even at 9 pm at night just to talk. The fact that you know my employee was at a softball tournament shows how much we talked to you. You actually know personal information that is really none of your business. Just shows that we treat our customers like family and not just a number. In the hand full of bad reviews that I have received over the hundreds of jobs that we have installed, it is always the customers that we go above and beyond for that write the bad reviews when at the end of the day they got a great fence. I wish I can send pictures on here to show everyone your awesome fence job. I wish you the best."
"So let me get this right. You really are complaining on how long 40 feet took to install? It was installed in 1 day really half of day as they arrived around 11am. Plus you had massive roots where the fence was going and you watched them fight them roots and I didn't even charge you a hard digging fee. As for 811, we did call twice not sure why they couldn't find your home but, thank you for taking 2 minutes out of your day to call for us. As for the lead time on the fence project. Some people seemed to forget we are still in and suffering from pandemic of covid-19. Just because Florida is open does not mean other states are and the manufacturers are not fully open. Some customers don't understand or see how hard LRDfencing fight behind the scene to get your materials fast as possible. Some customers don't understand LRDfencing do not make money until the fence is installed so, we want the fence installed as fast as you want it. So for your next project 180 feet project you can go buy the materials yourself and I will love to send the same excellent installer's back out there to install it. PS I mailed the caps 3 weeks ago and they have not returned to the office. Caps are $1 each don't think we are trying to pull a fast one on you."
"Sorry if you feel this way. Let's start with the permit. You asked us to get a permit without a survey. We took our time to try and the city said we need a survey. Then either you found your survey or had a survey company come out and you went to the city and got the permit, so please do not act like we didn't do nothing when in fact we took more time with the process without the survey. Next materials. The materials were fine, you just didn't want a welded gate for some reason and that's all we sell and out of 500 chain link gates I sold you the only customer that didnt like it. That's no problem your preferences so you went to lowes or somewhere and bought a cheaper gate and had my workers fabric it for you for free behind the company back. You dislike management so badly that you asked us to do the other side and we declined and just wanted to finish a great job for the first project."
"Ok, Ok... Let's tell the whole story. I got your referral from a pool company I will not mention the pool company name in this response. Because I do not want to slander any company as we work hard out here for good reviews. You were not sure what style of wood fence you wanted first off. You ended up choosing board on board. I came out and installed the fence. You are correct my installer did a horrible job. I came out with the sales guy from your pool company and I admitted the job needed to be redone from start to finish. I will take the panels down and send my top wood guy out to stick build your new fence at NO EXTRA COST to you. I then left and you and the pool sales guy had a meeting without me. You decided you didn't trust my work and would like to cancel and hire another company. I said that is fine I will come to take the fence down and refund your money. Here is the kicker you and the pool sales guy wanted to keep the fence up so you can pass inspection for your pool. I said that is NOT an option. You kept the fence for 4-6 weeks in your yard until the other company came and removed it and put up the new fence. Here is another kicker you got a different style fence. You wanted money back after I came out and installed the fence, YES it was bad but I offered to fix it. You refused and held onto the wood fence for 4-6 weeks after I said that was not an option and then you think you can just stack it in your yard and say come get it. I want a refund. Now I tried to have a civil meeting with you and the pool company to resolve this and they refused to talk this out. It was not fair for the pool company and you to decide how I run my business and my money. The pool salesman wanted water in the pool so he could get paid and you so you could pass inspection. I am an honest guy as you can tell from my awesome reviews. If you and the pool company would like to have a real conversation I am always here. But I am not going to get treated like that and lose money and I tried to do the right thing. Once again call anytime so you can be happy because at the end of the day that is what matters. Just need my point of view heard in this situation."
"Hello Ron,I received your deposit on 5-11, I have mentioned to you that the job will take 2-3 weeks. This job was completed on 6-9, which is just under 4 weeks. We was waiting on your permit and materials. I was at your house the day after the permit was issued. I really hope you reconsider your review of 2.5 as I am out working in a coronavirus pandemic and the world is moving slower then normal.Thanks Eric."
