So far so good. The car seems to be running fine.

Resealed shifter on 5 speed manual transmission, tightened loose bolts, topped off fluids.  Replaced radiator and antifreeze.  Installed new valve cover gasket.

woman who answered was efficient, let me know about their 'closed for lunch' policy, encouraged me to make an appointment  or to let them know if for some reason that 'altered' after we got to the Used car lot and possibly found we DIDN'T want to bring the truck in.  As it was, her husband (?) , the manager, was expecting the truck, seemed to move it immediately in to 'diagnostic' bay, had his mechanics assess (whilst chatting amiably w/ us in the small lobby).  Once they had completed the roughly half hour diagnostic, he discussed their findings and then said what he felt it would cost if Knorr's was to complete the work they felt warranted immediate attention (as well as letting us know cost of additional 'B' & 'C' priority findings.  On 'wonky' steering they did not over-state or under-state what they felt MIGHT be uncovered (once give permission to 'cure' / fix), which I appreciated.  In the end we elected not to buy the truck in question in large part due to the uncertainties uncovered by Knorr's.  I was glad that the owner said that if the two truly questionable items turned out to be easy fixes that the truck, if we got it at 'x' price, would be a good deal ...   We'd already gotten dealership to agree to 'x' price, but thanks to their diagnostics (and the luck we've had and had running currently), we didn't feel that the questionable items were going to be easy fixes.   I DO like a company that states the 'odds', though, and Knorr did].  The owner also said that while they're not the least expensive, they stand behind their work and insure customer satisfaction.  I was pleased to have them send out a discount coupon to be used on future auto work; that was an added  'class 'act' thing to do.  Since we bought a well-maintained but older Toyota, I only hope to be able to USE it on something 'routine' that will possibly allow us to have Knorr's as our 'go to' place for auto servicing that is NOT 'Honda' (for that, we'll probably use the dealership to maintain warranty, etc.).

This was the first time using this place. I couldn't be more satisfied. I used Roadside tow, but they did offer to come tow it themselves if I needed it. They called me shortly to tell me what was the problem and then fixed it in a timely manner. I needed to find a way to pick up my car when finished and they actually came and got me and drove me back to pick up car. They were very reasonable with prices and I am taking it back tomorrow to do tune-up and another small job on it.

I was very pleased with service, both in fixing the car and in customer service. I will definitely be recommending Knorr"s to family and friends.

The service has been excellent. The scheduling is excellent and they are thorough.

They are very honest and all the work is under warranty. They were also very professional.

THEY ALSO CHECKED MY CAR OVER. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. GOT ME IN AND OUT IN THE TIME THEY PROMISED.  I KNOW THIS BUSINESS IS FAMILY RUN AND HONEST.

The Knorrs (father and son) have been servicing and repairing our car for at least the last six years. During this time, we only had positive experiences with them and their team. Very professional and service oriented, they know what they are doing. We never felt that we had been taken advantage of.
