Kenny & his partner, Joel, took three days to repair all of the above work. To repair the damage to my popcorn ceiling, they created awall of plastic around the area in my living room to scrape away the old & to spray the new popcorn. Not only did they not make a mess,but any mess they did make they cleaned it up & did a better job at that than I would have. My ceiling doesn't look like it has ever been repaired, they did that good of a job! They moved an eyeball ceiling light to another area and hung a track light for me and in the garage they installed a new pull-down ladder. Without asking, they installed new framing around the opening and painted that and a new ceiling cover as well. The most difficult work was to fix a plumbing drip from my hot water heater that had caused damage to the drywall,plaster and to some extent the wall studs which had begun to become moldy. They cut out the bad drywall, fixed the wall studs that had become moldy, repaired 3 drips coming from the water heater connections (bad Lowe's install), installed a new wallboard, replastered the new area, and then repainted the whole wall. All of the repair work looks pristine. One would never know that there had been a problem. Kenny & Joel ROCK!!! I can't say enough about them. I highly reccommend them. I plan on using them as often as I can. They even made my very picky husband happy.
