One word, disaster. The coping around my pool has completely came undone. We had the work sealed at the beginning and power washed every year as we were instructed. Three weeks ago my son ( 12 years old) jumped into the pool and a large piece of the coping came undone and slid out from underneath him. This actually could have been very dangerous is he would have not caught himself and fell backwards. A woman named Teresa Ward managed my project and when the work was getting done she was quite the charmer. However, we contacted her when the issue arose and she certainly has turned evil at this point. She advised that her contractor is in Brazil and cannot contact him but will try and make contact with him?? She has no other paver / coping experts that she can call and get our problem addressed? She actually told us it is all our fault because we did not take proper care of the coping. I have several friends that have this same coping / pavers and they have had no problems with theirs coming undone and most of them never had theirs sealed or power washed like we did. . She has refused to honor the workmanship and come out and address it and said we need to call someone else. We have called the reputable company and they have stated that it was not our fault and that it was poor workmanship that has caused the issues. DO NOT TRUST TERESA WARD BECAUSE SHE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ONCE SHE HAS YOUR MONEY!!!
