It's a mile and a half from my house so that's the reason I go there. It's handy for me because it's close by. I don't shop in too many places because I don't do too much traveling. Some people are helpful there and some aren't. That's the world these days. Overall, most people are helpful. There are a few rotten apples. They are a very busy store so I try not to go on those times that are very busy just so I can get some assistance. I don't think they are exceptional but they are alright. The most important for me is they are convenient and they have the things I need to get.

The experience was fine. I ordered it. I went to the store. They made me focus on the computer. I made my decision and went back. They directly bring it to your house. Not Home Depot, the company.

Excellent prices, which also included delivery. I picked up door and window when it came in. Everything was in perfect condition & delivery guys were decent!

Never on time. I went with an over mount sink. The cut the hole for it on site and let the 80+ lb. piece of granite fall and make big hole in my sink base cabinet. The wouldn't come up with a reasonable resolution other than just fill it with wood putty. You should have seen it. it was a 2" x 3" hole clean through. They also suggested that I could hide it with bottles of cleaning solutions and such. There is life after Home Depot. I haven't been in a Home Depot since. They don't stand behind their work.

There was a small problem with the work but they responded quickly and took care of it. The price was right and they were local and the work was satisfactory.

Terrible experience. They promise the world and once they get your money they customer service is terrible. Very Deceiving!

When they came to install the countertops, the sink cutout was not big enough for the undermount sink. They might have left it as it was if I had not said something to them, and there would have been an issue with the countertop overhang and mold growing underneath. They were late the day of installation and I had to leave my son there so I could make an appointment. He called during installation and said they had ripped out the window sill (which was embedded into the wall) to install the granite window sill, which I did not even order. They ended up giving me the window sill at no charge and coming back to re-cut the opening for the sink. When they did come out to re-cut the sink cutout, they damaged my stainless steel sink, did not caulk around the top of the undermount sink, and did not reconnect the plumbing correctly. There is now water leaking into the new cabinet around the sink. When I call Home Depot, they just push it off on Cornerstone (the sub-contractor for Home Depot).

The were very nice and they took there time. The overall job was done nicely. They had to come out two different times to install and I never heard anything bad from them. They were glad to be there and got the job done in a timely manner.
