Well I could not say enough as to just how impressed I am with Andrew & his work. We used him 3 years ago & again recently. He’s honest, professional, courteous & has most competitive pricing out there. I would not use anybody else. I normally don’t write reviews, however I was so impressed with his work that I just had to take the time to do so. Andrew is absolutely amazing! It was great to get an accurate price quote and was able to schedule quickly and efficiently. Andrew was in contact with me from start to finish via text and his pricing was more than reasonable! On the day of inspection he was on time, and showed us a lot of things about the house that we didnâ t know. Here was professional and knowledgeable about the property. He also does pool inspections which was great for us! if you want a family man who is honest, and helpful and just cares about his clients this is the company for you. Being a new homeowner he made a stressful situation enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful in my home buying process and you could tell he likes to look out for people. He was also very punctual and professional in handling any requests for documents.

Tech was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as well as issues. Even answered questions about types of walls for hanging a TV. Worked around my schedule and even made a second visit because electricity was not on in one of the units.
