Great service!

Andrew went above and beyond for me, he found an issue missed in at least two previous inspections. He did additional research, returned to the home to gather additional photos. He saved me at least $5k in future repairs. Additionally his bill was very reasonable. I am very happy and I would recommend him to anyone.

Andrew is very responsive and wonderful to work with. He explained what he would do very well, scheduled, and did the home inspection. Although his work was premium quality, his prices were low. It was really a pleasure working with him. With other vendors, I might have to call, email, and get someone else to check on them, but Andrew was on top of everything and I could depend on him. The inspection report was easy to follow and gave me a good idea of the house. I'm out of state and never seen the house before, but his report gave me confidence of the house's condition. I'm extremely happy that I hired him!

The particular representative who performed the inspection was very thorough, attentive to detail, friendly, and took the time to explain and show me everything I should know about the house and what it needed - including the black mold. I'm looking at another place and if my offer is accepted, I'd ask for the same agent to perform that inspection. I thinks he's really good.
