They showed up on time. Everything and then some was done as explained per our phone conversation. More than satisfied with all work done. Will recommend them to my customers. (I am a real estate agent).

This is a mother and daughter team. The package team doesn't seem to work. They didn't use the requested products on my marble floors which now look terrible. I thought the price was by the hour, but it wasn't. I was surprised that this service received the Super Service Award because their service was not up to this standard. Things seem to be clean on the surface, but they skipped over some areas or cleaned them very lightly. I didn't like that they charged me an extra $25 to clean the bottom of my freezer. The mother deserves to have a better grade but not the daughter. I'm afraid she doesn't have many repeat customers. I would only use them again out of very high necessity. Otherwise I would not use them again. I hope the service gets better.

"WE FIT HER INTO OUR JOBS FOR A LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT THAT WAS MADE A FEW DAYS BEFORE HER CLEANING. SHE GAVE US HER MARBLE FLOOR CLEANER AND SHE MEASURED IT OUT AND PUT IT INTO A BUCKET. THAT WAS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT WAS USED ON HER FLOORS. THE PRICE QUOTED HER ON THE PHONE WAS 140.00 PLUS THE PRICE OF THE TOWELS AND MOP HEAD AND WE DID NOT SELL HER THE MOP HEAD AND ONLY SOLD HER HALF OF THE TOWELS PACKAGE AND THEN SHE REQUESTED THE THE FREEZER AND SHE ADDED THE BATHROOM AND A HALLWAY. HER FURNITURE CAME FROM EUROPE AND DID NOT WANT IT TOUCHED. SHE ALSO BOOKED TWO OTHER APPOINTMENTS WHICH I COULD HAVE PLACED SOMEONE ELSE ON THOSE DAYS AND THEN I CALLED HER TO CONFIRM AND SHE SAID SHE WAS SICK AND WAS GOING TO CALL ME BECAUSE SHE WAS SICK AND THEN KEPT THE SECOND DAY AND WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM SHE SAID SHE WAS STILL SICK AND I DID NOT CHARGE HER FOR CANCELING THE TWO DAYS THAT I BOOKED FOR HER. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS GOING TO EUROPE AND WOULD CALL ME WHEN SHE CAME BACK AND SHE ONLY WANTED HALF OF HER 3000SQ.FT. HOME CLEANED. THE REGULAR PRICE FOR HER HOME WAS 140.00 PLUS 10.00 FOR TOWELS AND 15.00 FOR THE FREEZER THAT I SPENT 30 MINS. CLEANING."

I am very disappointed. The lamp in the bedroom was broken. They also do not do blinds with their regular cleaning, apparently it costs more. They brought rags that they actually charged me for and tried to leave them saying I need to wash them. She said they are mine for when they come and clean. She said they provide the cleaning solutions, but not the rags. They also don't bring a vacuum cleaner saying they don't bring one because they don't want to drag dirt from house to house. They did not vacuum under the chairs. There were several places they missed when cleaning. I will not be hiring them again.

"THIS MEMBER DID NOT GET CHARGED FOR THE TOWELS SHE SAID SHE DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THEM AND SHE GAVE US SMALL WASHCLOTHS TO USE WHILE WE WERE THERE. I DO NOT FEEL THAT IT IS HEALTHY TO BRING TOWELS OR VACUUM FROM ONE HOUSE TO ANOTHER HOUSE. SHE WAS TAKEN FROM ROOM TO ROOM TO CHECK EACH CLEANING I BELIEVE THAT SHE WOULD HAVE NOTICED THESE THINGS THAT WERE WRONG WHILE WE WERE STILL THERE. THERE WERE 3 PEOPLE FOR 3 1/2 HOURS IN HER HOME FOR A LIGHT CLEANING BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT AN INTENSE CLEANING SHE STATED THAT HER HOME HAD RECENTLY BEEN CLEANED BY ANOTHER COMPANY AND SHE DID NOT WANT ANY CLEANING PRODUCTS TO BE USED ON HER WOOD FLOORS. SHE WOULD HAVE NOTICED IF ONE OF US BROKE A LAMP BECAUSE SHE CHECKED EVERY ROOM."

I found 'Fresh as a Daisy' online at Angie's list. I was impressed with the high quality of their ratings and was very happy that I was in their 'work area'. They responded quickly when I contacted them. They do not come out and give estimates. By phone, I was given a first time/one time price based on the size of my home. This first visit included a large pack of white cleaning towels and a mop, with a new head which are the clients to keep, whether or not they are hired back. I was happy with their first visit and hired them to clean weekly. Today was their second visit. I'm pleased with Angie's list; I'm a relatively new member and have found several services online; all have turned out very well. I can whole-heartedly recommend FRESH AS A DAISY to anyone looking for quality house cleaning.

They have done an excellent job. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They were polite and punctual. When they were here they just worked. Their price was reasonable and I ended up signing a long term contract with them to come clean every week.

I think they did a very good job. I was very disturbed however, that they broke a few pieces on the vacuum cleaner without telling me.

THEY WERE COOPERATIVE AND DID MORE THAN WE CONTRACTED FOR THE PRICE. THEY DID THINGS I DID NOT EXPECT, LIKE CLEANING THE FAN IN THE LIVING ROOM AND SOME THINGS ON OUR LANAI. THE APPROXIMATE COST COVERS A FEW MATERIALS (A MOP AND TOWELS) THAT WE JUST HAVE TO PAY FOR ONCE, SHE SAID FROM NOW ON IT WILL BE AROUND $75/CLEANING.

Debbie and her daughter Tammy did an exceptional cleaning job today. They were very pleasant and easy to talk with and did a very thorough cleaning of each room. They arrived late, but only because they were lost and they did call and let me know. Today's cost included a one-time fee for some cleaning supplies which will remain here and I will own. Based on today's experience, I would comfortably recommend this service to anyone. My house is much cleaner today than it has been using other cleaning services in this area.

DEBBIE AND HER DAUGHTER WAS EXACTLY ON TIME. THEY FIT ME INTO MY SCHEDULE. CLEANED ALL ROOMS. DUSTED, WAXED, WINDOWS, BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. CLEANED ALL FANS, WOOD BLINDS AND WAXED THEM FOR FREE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND ARE DUE BACK TODAY FOR NEXT CLEANING. VERY REASONABLE RATES.
