 + -1 moreAgain, they were very rude and they had my car for a very long time. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: The workers were very rude and the owner talked down to me. I had them replace the motor on my headlight cover. They had checked to make sure the light went up and down but not that the bulb worked (it was brand new before the replaced the motor) and I discovered that night that the bulb had burnt out. I called them about it and they blamed it on the fact that I had gotten a refurbished motor from AutoZone. I got in touch with AutoZone and they gave me a brand new motor (it was under warranty). I called Five Start again to have them redo the work. I was told that they would have to charge me the full labor rate again. I decided to take it to another provider.

 + -1 moreMy mom used five star auto for at least 15 years until her death. I have used them for oil changes, flat tires for the past 3 years. They are very efficient and reputable. They are inexpensive when compared to other places in the area. They are personable and did the job while I waited in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. I will continue to bring my car there for any small or large job. I was once in the waiting room, when a customer came in off the street for a specific repair that they had been quoted a price elsewhere. They looked at this person's car and the price and job needed was 100 dollars less than they were quoted elsewhere. I have found them to be very honest business people.
Description of Work: I had an oil change, had them check tires, brakes and check all fluids.

 + -1 moreWhen I picked up my veh., I noticed that when I first turned the ignition on, the ABS light that was suppose to come on, didn't. I asked Sean why, and he said ''there was an update with the new part, and that the light only comes on if there's a problem'' How can I tell if the bulb is blown? How can I tell if they un-plugged the bulb?
Description of Work: I took vehicle in because the ABS and the BRAKE lights came on the instrument panel. They supposedly diagnostic tested it and replaced the problem part/s.
