The crew showed up on time and the owner, Brandon Peterson, started trimming while his ground crew picked up the fallen branches and placed them in the chipper. Family Tree uses a movable hydraulic lift/cherry picker to get at all the high spots without ladders which enabled them to get to the very top of my trees quickly and safely. My Jacaranda looks wonderful now that it has been trimmed as do the palms.
The majority of the trimming was actually done in June however, they were hired by my next door neighbor to trim his trees and while they were doing that, Brandon noticed that two of my palm trees grew additional seed pods in the two months since he trimmed them. He offered to re-trim them for free and then he did exactly that removing three additional seed pods that had grown since June and then trimmed a third palm that had grown quite a bit with all the rain.

Brandon of Family Tree and Garden came out early in the morning. There was a crew of 3 or 4 men. They trimmed off the top branches then took the tree down and finally ground out the stump. For a big tree it is a 5 hour job. They did an excellent job of the cleanup, because this particular tree was right next to my house. Every fall it would drop its leaves and nuts on to my roof and my gutters. They cleaned out all my gutters and swept the roof after they were done. The air conditioner was covered but they cleaned that out too. It was a good cleanup job. I think his price was reasonable, right in line.

BRANDON WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE TREES AND HELPFUL ON INFORMATION ABOUT THEM. HE GAVE THE ESTIMATE AND CAME BACK WITH A CREW, TRUCKS, AND CHIPPER. THEY COMPLETED ALL THE WORK AND CLEAN UP IN THE SAME DAY IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

We spotted this company working on our street, took note of how they were doing their work and decided to have them come by and give us an estimate. They finished working on the project earlier than expected, so they came and told us they could do ours immediately. We had tree work before so knew what a fair price would be, so we hired them. We were very satisfied with the work they did.
