A month went by and they told me that they are waiting for parts, another month later I called back and they told me they are waiting for more parts. I finally picked up my TV three months later and had someone else repair it.

They replaced the cabel and did a good job. They also gave me a great priced compared to other repair stores.

They just did not get it right. The problem was that they did not know their butts from a hole in the wall. They came on four separate occasions to try to fix the TV. Finally, on the last visit I convinced them to take it back to the shop and bench test the set. They did that, but still could not figure out what the problem was. I had to get another company that was knowledgeable with Sony products. They wasted my time because there was not progress or the ability for them to admit that they just did not know what was wrong.
