+ -1 moreThey just did not get it right. The problem was that they did not know their butts from a hole in the wall. They came on four separate occasions to try to fix the TV. Finally, on the last visit I convinced them to take it back to the shop and bench test the set. They did that, but still could not figure out what the problem was. I had to get another company that was knowledgeable with Sony products. They wasted my time because there was not progress or the ability for them to admit that they just did not know what was wrong.
Description of Work: I needed repairs done on my Sony TV. I called the warranty company and this is the company that they sent.
