Donna worked very hard to get someone into my house to do a one-time move out cleaning. She was essential in getting my needs met, last minute, for a big job during a very busy time.

As a previous employee of Donna, I wanted to share my experience. Donna was a wonderful boss. She is professional, fair, and she cares about her employees. While I was employed with Donna, all her clients spoke about how much they loved Donna and the work ethic she brings. Terrific! This is our third housecleaning service. I've had a lot of problems with reliability and consistency. Donna's kids have been here on the scheduled day, on time every time. We have a large home, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. They send two people and are done in 3 hours. Last time the young lady asked me to inspect. I told her everything looked great. She said they finished 20 minutes early, was there anything else she could do for us? Donna's Angel's are well trained and take pride in there work. Donna charges a little more than the folks that don't do this professionally. She pays her people well to prevent turnover, which makes her service reliable. She is insured. In the past I paid a few bucks less and almost never got what was promised. Now I get something that has exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful. Ive never had an issue. I have been using them for more than a year. I like that Donna came herself when I first contacted her to conduct an interview. I feel very confident that nothing will be distrubed whether or not I am here. The girls are courteous and pleasant. It smells really good when they leave. All their cleaning products are up to code. I love coming home to a clean home. I have recommended them to people in my community.

House is clean from baseboards to ceiling fan blades and a/c grates. Good attention to detail. Leather & wood furniture look great. Blinds, window ledges, photo frames, bookcases & contents, etc. are dusted. Appliances shine. Socks now stay clean when I walk on tile floor. Counter appliances are moved, & put back, to clean counter front, back & in corners. Sinks and bathroom thoroughly clean. Underneath beds and hard to reach areas are also taken care of. Donna provided proof of license & insurance. Her team brings their own supplies. Donna herself returns my calls. Appointments are confirmed the night before. Didn't have to sign a contract. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company, and understand why they've remained in business for so many years in this area.

I've been using Donna's Cleaning Angels for the past 3 years . The cleaning has been exceptional. The girls i have , have been nothing but courteous and respectful in my house. Their office calls every 2 weeks to let me know of my clean . Donna the owner occasionally stops by to check on the work of her girls (good customer service). I would highly recommend Donna's Cleaning Angels for any type of cleaning service. When i hired Donna i didn't realize they did move in and move out cleanings. Seeing that I own some rental properties now, i am also using them for that as well. I also have a few friends of mine that use her for commercial cleaning as well.

We have been using Donna's Cleaning Angels for about 2 years. I must say that this is the best service we have ever had. We have used cleaning ladies in the past and when the last one recently slipped and fell on a wet floor and broke her ankle, it was time to look for a real company with all insurances including workman's comp. We had several estimates with a few other companies and were told they had workman's comp. When my wife asked to see a certificate for that, they both said they would email it to us. Needless to say we never heard back from either of them. My Doctor had recommended I call Donna's Cleaning Angels. When she arrived for our free estimate, she had brought all her certificates including workman's comp. We have bi weekly service and they have never once missed a cleaning! They are extremely dependable, very detailed and the customer service that Donna provides is excellent. If anyone is looking for a cleaning service, these are the people you should be calling.

After using several cleaning companies, I was referred to Donnas Cleaning Angels by a friend . Donna was very professional and friendly . She listened to what I wanted done . The girls were then sent to my house , they were on time, very nice and very detailed . Donna has been in the business for a long time and it shows . I have now been using her for repeat service I weekly for about 9 months now . Very pleased with her companies work ! I highly recommend .

!!!! WARNING - THIS SERVICE IS UNDEPENDABLE, UNDERSTAFFED AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! We have had several items broke in our home and their staff will hide the items under a sink or in a closet. They are sneaky and not trust-worthy. About scheduling, they leave a card telling you when you next visit is (date and time) and then they don't show up. We have experienced this at least 3 times over the last few months. Then when you call to find out where the cleaning staff is because they haven't showed up, it seems that they are always having a problem with their phone or they simply never answer the phone. And forget about them calling you back...... because they won't. OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY ----- WAKE UP!!!!! Either the owners of the business just don't care or they aren't watching their office staff close enough. Time to find a new cleaning company.

I have had housekeeping services for the last three years. for the first two years they were great. I discontinued service about a month ago after several unresolved issues since the beginning of 2017. I had a few breakages, problems with punctuality, and a a couple of times no one showed up or called to say that they were not coming. I spoke with the office manager and the owner and was told these issues would be resolved and agreed to switch my cleaning day to help in that effort. From that time forward had inconsistent teams come to clean which resulted in less thorough cleaning as they were not familiar with my home. The latest issue was a broken integral part for my water/ice dispenser on my built in refrigerator. I was left a note by the cleaner that broke it which I appreciated. I called the office the next day and was told they would get in touch with me about the repair. I never received a phone call and sent an email with details and pictures 12 days later. About a week and a half later called to follow up because I had no response to the email or a call. I received a phone call back a few days with no message and called back to inquire. I gave a time when I could be reached and was told I would be called. I still never received a call. In the meantime the last scheduled clean was a no show with no phone call. They offered to come clean at half price the next day but Hurricane preparations were being made. I discontinued service finally as it always seems to be excuses and talk but no follow through. I made a phone call yesterday to resolve the repair of the refrigerator and still no return call. In my opinion this business is undergoing poor management by the owner and leaving the office to deal with things that are overwhelming and inexcusable. I gave it my best effort to see if they could resolve things within a reasonable time frame as this is not a perfect world and issues arise from time to time but enough is enough.

when the cleaning angels came to clean it went fantastic and still does every time they come.

First few times great. Then they went thru lots of help. Never on time, forgetting to call on their way. The office didn't return calls. Emptied dirty mop bucket into kitchen sink. GROSS and didn't even rinse. Multiple times I had to call about areas they missed. The Final straw was when they broke living room lamp and tried to deny it. I called the office every day for a week and a half and they let it go to voicemail each time and they never returned my call. The day before they would normally come out A girl from the office called me and said she was confirming my cleaning. I said are you serious? I gave her a quick rundown on how I had called for a week and a half about my broken lamp. She apologized and said she knew nothing about it but would tell the owners. To this day I have never received a call, an apology or payment for my broken lamp. They talk a good talk when they want to get your business and then it's all downhill.

Excellent. They used to clean my house in Trinity. The did a great job.
