Mr. McWilliams is truly a craftsman. He has been in the window business for over 20 years and knows what he is talking about. He does not subcontract the way some of these window dealers do. His philosophy is that people should not have to take out huge loans to get new windows. I had a similarly named company from further south give me a quote of $14,600 and another dealer that only deals in Simonton windows quote me at $10,800. For 14 Shoreline windows, a sliding glass door, and hurricane fabric coverings for every opening on my home (which I would have gotten even if I weren't required to do so), Mr. McWilliams charged me $6444. Since all window manufacturers have to meet the Miami Dade standards, they are all similar in quality. These windows come with a lifetime, transferrable warranty, so if I sell my home, I can list that as a selling feature. Mr. McWilliams delivered on everything he said. He arrived when he told me he would arrive. He removed and replaced all my blinds and alarm sensors. The assistant he brought with him (Keith) performed the same quality work, if not better work as Mr. McWilliams. They were perfectionists because they both believe that the quality of your work directly reflects the quality of person they are. My wife, two small children, my dogs and I were home when the work was performed and they worked with us to impact the kids and dogs as little as possible. Very personable, very professional. I WILL be calling on him again to deal with a second sliding glass door in the not so distant future. Mr. McWilliams is extremely busy, so it might be a few weeks before he can schedule you, but it is well worth the wait because you will save thousands of dollars on a quality craftsman and a local small businessman.

Kevin is an honest hard working guy. He has a helper or 2 but is on the job involved. Very fair price. Worked hard to keep dust to a minimum. Cleaned up well after work done.

I needed 12 windows replaced in my house.The owner Kevin came to my house and gave me an estimate of $3000 on the spot. These were all Low E3 and several were double hung. The windows arrived about 2 weeks after ordering them and Kevin came himself to install them. I took 2 days to finsih the job. The windows look fantastic and he did an excellent job with the installation. Not only was he by far the cheapest quote I got but he did great job installing a high quality window. I would highly recommend anyone looking for new windows to contact him.
